When it is nice outside I love the outdoors and outside activities. I try my best to never have a dull moment. I know we are all here for a reason. Everyday I try to improve myself a little. Some days I am more successful than others. I work out religiously. I do crunches a day. I have a thirty one inch waist. I weigh 190 lbs. I am trying to get down to 175 lbs.
